The business and technical education division of SouthArk encompasses a wide array of program areas, from hands-on industry programs to training for white-collar office jobs. While the division offers some courses designed for transfer to four year university degrees, the majority of the courses are intended to prepare students to work in fields that are in high demand in the local economy.
Some of the majors offer an associate of applied science degree. The rest offer a technical certificate with coursework that can be applied to one of our AAS degrees.
