Culinary and Hospitality Program
South Arkansas Community College’s Culinary and Hospitality Programs are designed for student success by providing a quality education with emphases on culinary and hospitality fundamentals that will build basic skill, knowledge, self-confidence, and pride. Our graduates will gain the experience and knowledge that will lead to entry-level culinary and hospitality careers.SouthArk offers the following certification programs:
- Certified Kitchen Cook
- Certified Restaurant Server
SouthArk utilizes curriculum from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute and the National Restaurant Association. Upon completion of the program, students will sit for the national certification exam.Requirements for Admission
